What does the underwriting process entail?

1. Survey

The survey on the homepage will be reviewed by the Hedger risk team. An agent from Hedger will follow up with next steps within 24 hours.

2. Underwriting

If the survey submission passes initial screening, the Hedger Agent will request additional documents to deliver a quote. This process will take less than 24 hours.

3. Execution

When the tenant accepts the quoted price, terms, and conditions, Hedger will co-sign the lease upon reception of payment. If the contract includes a return of premium promotion, that will be paid to the tenant upon the final day of the lease
